A lifetime of collaborations

A Glasgow based arts collective and open-access event format founded in 2014. Babaloose was set up for artists to conduct bold experimentation with performance, writing, and scenic design. The project was focused on redefining our notion of ‘the audience’ in live arts settings.

Babaloose events ran from 2014 - 2019 in the Glasgow School of Art, The Gluse Factory, Jupiter Artland, Supernormal, Glasgow Open House Festival, Glasgow Intrnational, David Dale Gallery, CCA,
